Privacy Policy & Terms of Service Article 1. Consent to Collection of Personal Information and Collection Method <Mytier Foundation.> (“URL”, https://mytier.io”) shall establish a procedure for allowing customers to click the button “Agree” to the terms of use, collection of personal information, and details of personal information used. Customers shall be deemed to have agreed to the collection and use of their personal information by clicking the “Agree” button. Article 2. Personal Information Items Collected and Purpose of Using Personal Information “Personal Information” means information on living persons and refers to their names, resident registration numbers, or any other information that identifies such persons. (Even if such information alone cannot identify a certain person, such information that can be easily combined with other information and be used to identify such a person.) Collection of Personal Information via Cookies The Website may install and operate cookies that store and frequently retrieve customers’ information. Periods of Retaining and Using Personal Information and Destruction of Personal Information 1) Personal information shall be destroyed without delay after the purposes have been fulfilled, except where retention is required by law: Protection of Consumers in e-commerce and Other Transactions Act Contracts/withdrawal records: 5 years Payments/supply of goods: 5 years Complaints/disputes: 3 years Protection of Communication Secrets Act: Login records: 3 months 2) Destruction procedure: Data is moved to a separate DB and destroyed per regulations. Printed info is shredded/burned, digital files are permanently deleted. 3) Dormant members: Inactive for 12 months, notified of forfeiture. Their info is managed separately and destroyed after the legal period. Article 5. Provision of Personal Information for Third Parties 1) The Website does not use or provide customers’ personal information outside the stated scope. 2) Exceptions: Required by law/investigation Provided in a form that cannot identify individuals for research/statistics Requested under pre-determined legal procedures In all cases, data is handled strictly per original purpose. Access and Modification of Personal Information Customers can access or modify their info at any time via the Website, or by contacting the privacy officer. Corrections are handled promptly, and third parties are notified if relevant. Article 8. Withdrawal of Consent Consent to collection, use, provision of personal info can be withdrawn anytime via account settings or by contacting the privacy officer. The Website will promptly delete info and notify the customer. Article 9. Security Measures - Encryption: All important personal data (incl. passwords) is encrypted. - Technological/administrative/physical protection: Security programs, regular updates, access control, and intrusion detection. Article 10. Protection of Children under Fourteen Children under 14 are not allowed to sign up. If registered, their legal counsel may exercise all rights. Article 11.
